This was our 2nd stay in sea me spring chain of hotels and it was a pleasant one like before. Last time we were in sea me spring too but this time we were checked in at sea me spring 1. Both are good. The check in process was smooth after some initial confusion. Our room was ready for us and it was very well maintained/cleaned. The bed is firm but comfy. The ac is VERY effective. The staff is friendly and smiling. Special shout out to the house keeping ladies, they are very polite and diligent. The lady on our floor gave me my credit card back which i dropped outside my room ! Gave her a nice tip. The location is great ,walking distance from the beach and many restaurants and pubs on the beach road. Only wish a 7/11 was also nearby. The pool was the highlight for us ,not a soul present on all the days we stayed, we had it totally to ourselves which was so relaxing. Will definitely be staying again in the future.

Location: Close to beach. Rooms: spacious, sleep quality is good. Staff: The housekeeping staff was courteous, gentle, helpful. The front desk staff was also good. Room service: quick. The entire premises including rooms were neat and clean.

Great location, the WIFI is what ticked me off, every few minutes it went offline, frustrating, also my balcony door would not lock, they came to fix it but it continued to unlock. The place is in a great location, and $50 cad a night is good, why cannot they fix the internet wifi. The hotel also has no security anyone can wander in all through the night. I recommend the Stay hotel or Page 10 same street. The Beach is 2 min walk, the mall is about 6 min walk.

Very good location to nite spot and beach. Walking distance to LK Metro and walking street, surrounded with shopping center. Roof top swimming pool, friendly staff. Huge bath room with bath tub. Overall feel is fantastic. Recommended !

Very nice value hotel in a great location if you want to spend time on the beach. There are food stalls and coffee shops in front. The roof top pool is nice and has a gym. The rooms are clean, the staff was friendly and lots of free parking. I will definitely stay in the future.
